Welcome to our public community discussion forum dedicated to Piccolo AI™, the open-source AutoML machine-learning development tool for creating inference models for microcontrollers and IoT devices. By using our forum, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully.
Your Permission to Use the Forum
We grant you permission to use the forum subject to the restrictions in these Terms. Your use of the forum is at your own risk, including the risk that you might be exposed to content that is inappropriate or inaccurate.
Conditions for Use of the Forum
Your permission to use the forum is subject to the following conditions:

Automate access to the forum, or monitor the forum, such as with a web crawler, browser plug-in or add-on, or other computer program that is not a web browser. You may crawl the forum to index it for a publicly available search engine, if you run one.

Remove any marks showing proprietary ownership from materials you download from the forum.

Content Standards
All content you post to the forum must:

Enforcement
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to:

Your Account
You must create and log into an account to use some features of the forum.
To create an account, you must provide some information about yourself. If you create an account, you agree to provide, at a minimum, a valid e-mail address, and to keep that address up-to-date. You may close your account at any time using the forum interface for account settings or by e-mailing hello@sensiml.org.
You agree to be responsible for all action taken using your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you either close your account or notify us that your account has been compromised. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised. You agree to select a secure password for your account, and keep it secret.
We may restrict, suspend, or close your account on the forum if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post to the forum. However, by posting content to the forum, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your content on the forum for the purposes of operating and providing the forum.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent and warrant that you own your content or have the necessary rights to post it, and that posting your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person.
Disclaimers
The forum is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the forum, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that use of the forum will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of the forum or inability to use the forum.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Feedback
We welcome your feedback and suggestions about how to improve the forum. You agree that we will be free to use any feedback you provide for any purpose.
You agree that we will be free to act on feedback and suggestions you provide, and that we won’t have to notify you that your feedback was used, get your permission to use it, or pay you. You agree not to submit feedback or suggestions that you believe might be confidential or proprietary, to you or others.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the forum at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you continue to be bound by these Terms.
Disputes
California Law will govern any dispute related to these terms or your use of the forum.
You agree to seek injunctions related to these terms only in state or federal court in San Jose, CA USA. Neither you nor us will object to jurisdiction, forum, or venue in those courts.
Other than to seek an injunction or for claims under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, you agree to resolve any dispute by binding American Arbitration Association arbitration. Arbitration will follow the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes. Arbitration will happen in San Jose, CA. You will settle any dispute as an individual, and not as part of a class action or other representative proceeding, whether as the plaintiff or a class member. No arbitrator will consolidate any dispute with any other arbitration without our permission.
General Terms

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the forum.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice to you. You may not assign these Terms, or assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights, if any, in the forum.
